EGGNOG 
6 eggs
1/4 c. honey
2 c. cold milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brandy or rum (opt.)
1 c. whip cream, whipped
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 lg. 7-Up (28 oz.)

Beat eggs and pour in punch bowl. Stir in 1/4 cup honey. Add milk, vanilla, brandy or rum if applicable. Stir. Add whipped whip cream (fold in), ice cream (I put this in, in scoops and if it is soft it blends in better as it melts), 7- Up. Sprinkle each cup with nutmeg.

I serve this plain and serve liquor on the side for those who want it. If you serve it plain, children can have it and they love it.
