DIANE ALLEN'S "SAUSAGE SUPPER" 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 can niblets corn
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 lg. purple onion
1 can sliced potatoes or 2 lg. potatoes, sliced and par boiled
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll sausage into 25 balls, then brown. Place balls into casserole dish. Layer onions on top of sausage. Season to taste. Empty can of corn on top of onions; spread evenly. Place potatoes in next layer. Season to taste. Cover with contents of can of soup. Bake 1 hour. Serve 4 to 6. Serve with salad and biscuits.
