TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 tbsp. coarsely diced onion
2 tbsp. coarsely diced green pepper
2 sprays celery leaves
1 spray parsley leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 drops hot sauce

Place 1 cup tomato juice in electric blender. Add other ingredients. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Combine with remaining juice. Chill well. Yield: 12 (4 ounce) servings.
