1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 sm. onion 1 med. green pepper 2 cans condensed tomato soup 1 (15 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained 1 pkg. noodles, cooked & drained Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain. Mix tomato soup and mixed vegetables. Heat until hot. Let simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve over noodles. NOTE: A small amount of water might need to be added, add only enough to keep mixture from burning. |
