MOTHER-IN-LAW'S CHEESEBALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
Finely chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well and chill several hours or overnight. Shape into a ball, and roll the ball in the finely chopped pecans until the surface is covered. Makes two 1 lb. balls.
