BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. cheese chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. croutons, crunched
3 tbsp. butter

Cook broccoli. Spray casserole with non-stick cooking oil. Mix soup and cheese; melt in microwave or over low heat. Melt butter and add with crunched croutons to melted cheese-soup mixture. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
