CHEDDAR POTATO SOUP 
4 potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 c. water
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
2 c. milk

Cook potatoes in 2 cups water with onion. Add milk, salt, pepper and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Make a paste of flour and 1 cup water. Stir in and cook until thickened.
