MB'S POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
3 hard boiled eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. pickle juice
Large bowl

Peel potatoes, cut into bite size pieces and boil until soft then let potatoes cool. Place in large bowl chopped and diced onion, pepper and celery and add to cool potatoes. Deshell hard boiled eggs and cut in small pieces and mix in bowl with above ingredients. Add mayonnaise, salt, pepper and pickle juice. Mix well and refrigerate 1 hour. Enjoy.
