2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and add enough bread crumbs to hold together well. Pat into large bread pan. Cover with 1/2 jar (8 ounce) of Old El Paso HOT taco sauce. Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hours. Serve the other 1/2 jar of sauce with the meatloaf.
