NO FUSS OVEN CHICKEN AND
VEGETABLES
 
1 or 2 chickens, cut up
1/2 c. oil
Potatoes, as needed
Carrots, bite size
Onions, lots
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder, lots

Pour oil in shallow cookie sheet. Put chicken in pan skin side down, turn over. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lots of garlic powder. Use lots of sliced onions on top, then prepared potatoes and carrots. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

Last 45 minutes put chicken on top of vegetables. Last 15 minutes remove foil. Use chicken and vegetables as to amount serving. Juice is good on potatoes. Serve from pan.
