1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix sugar and syrup and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat in 1 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter. Then add Special K cereal. Place mixture in greased 12 x 16 inch pan and cool. Melt together the butterscotch and chocolate chips and spread over cereal mixture. When cool cut in squares.
