HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. bananas, chopped
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients until moist with a fork. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and cheese together. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy and frost slightly warm cake. Delicious!
