BREAKFAST BUBBLE BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)

Thaw bread dough just until it can be cut into small pieces, 16 per loaf. Melt butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip each piece of dough in the melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. As they are dipped, layer them in a well buttered 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle each layer with raisins and nuts. cover and allow to rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 minutes before turning onto serving platter. Pull off individual pieces and enjoy warm! (Recipe can also be cut in half and arranged in a single layer in a 9 inch round cake pan; bake until golden.)
