CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) can chocolate flavored syrup

Sift together flour and baking powder. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with syrup, beating well after each addition. Stir in walnuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until done. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Makes 12 servings. Tastes like brownies!
