ANGEL CREAM PUFFS 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. (drained) crushed pineapple
1 bag Stella Doro cookies

Cream first 2 ingredients together, then fold in pineapple. Cut cookies in half. Spread and fill with mixture. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Mixture will fill 2 bags of cookies.
