BERRIES BRULEE 
2 c. fresh berries (blueberries or raspberries)
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Spoon berries into 9 inch glass pie plate. In small bowl, combine sour cream and yogurt; blend well. Spoon evenly over berries; sprinkle with brown sugar.

Heat broiler: Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 1-2 minutes or just until sugar melts. Serve immediately.
