PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. shortening
1 can Campbell's Onion soup
1/2 c. catsup
1 med. green pepper, cut in sm. strips

Cut meat into serving size pieces. Combine flour and seasoning/pound into meat. Brown meat in shortening. Pour off fat. Add onion soup and catsup. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour. Add green pepper. Cook 20 minutes more or until tender.
