PHILLIPENE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
Lg. Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 can of sweetened condensed milk

Beat cream cheese until light. Then add 1/3 can of sweetened condensed milk. Beat until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip on low speed, blend until smooth. Fold in fruit cocktail and pecans. Sprinkle few on top and chill.
