SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 c. shrimp, crab, tuna or chicken
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamettes, uncooked
2 (10 oz.) cans cream soup (any flavor)
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 sm. jar pimento strips

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight at least. Bake 1 1/4 hours in 350 degree oven. Do not cover. Holds well. Serves 8.
