SHRIMP & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. long grain rice
1 can beef or chicken consomme
3/4 c. water
1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
1/4 lb. butter
1 can shrimp
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Mix together and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in covered dish (stir after 40 minutes). Serves 6.
