CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 onion
1 bell pepper

Saute in pan.

3 tsp. parsley flakes
Garlic salt to taste

Add to above.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 canned chicken, boned (or boil your own chicken)
1 1/4 c. rice, cooked
2 c. grated cheese

Mix well and sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Shrimp may be used for meat. Use 2 cans mushroom soup in place of chicken soup when using shrimp.
