THE BEST APPLE COFFEE CAKE
2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 4 c. chopped apples 2 eggs 1/2 c. melted butter 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. nutmeg In a large bowl mix the flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl cut up the apples. Break the eggs over the apples. Add the butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to the apples. Stir in dry mixture to apple mixture until moist. Place mixture in greased 9x13x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
