BLENDER COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. coconut

Put above ingredients into blender; blend, pour into well greased 9 inch pie pan.

Bake at 250 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool.

Will form it's own crust.
