MICROWAVE PRALINES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk (cream)
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla or cream sherry

Combine sugars and cream on high 9 minutes. Stir 3 times. Remove from oven. Add butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir until batter melts. Spoon on wax paper. Put news paper under wax paper for easy removal.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
