1 c. sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk (cream) 1 1/2 c. pecans 1 c. brown sugar 2/3 stick butter 1 tbsp. vanilla or cream sherry Combine sugars and cream on high 9 minutes. Stir 3 times. Remove from oven. Add butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir until batter melts. Spoon on wax paper. Put news paper under wax paper for easy removal. |
