MOCK STEAK 
3 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. saltine crackers
1 c. milk
Dash of salt
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup

Mix ground beef, crackers, milk and salt together in a bowl. Put on a cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, cut into squares. Brown in a small amount of shortening or oil. Drain off excess grease. Lay in roaster. Cook together soups and pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 15. This can be frozen.
