POOR MAN'S STEAK 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt (scant)
1 med. onion, chopped
Pepper to taste

Combine and pat into a 10 1/2" x 15 1/2" jelly roll pan. Refrigerate until cold. Cut into serving pieces, coat with flour and brown. Put into a roaster, cover with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
