MOM'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
1 can pie filling

Mix first 3 ingredients with mixer. Pour into graham cracker crust and top with pie filling. Chill at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 1 cheesecake.
