SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, sliced and separated
1 med. green pepper, cut in small strips
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut steak into bite size pieces. Put in baking dish stir and coat with flour, salt and pepper mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve over rice.

Crockpot: prepare per directions above. Cook on low for 8 hours.
