SMOTHERED STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cut steak into small pieces. Lightly flour and season steak with salt and pepper. Cook steak until lightly brown.

Put in long baking dish. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and add 1/2 cup of water. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
