EASY BAKED CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

9 inch graham cracker crushed
8 Zwieback crushed
1 cube butter, melted

Mix all and press into 9 inch pie plate. Beat until smooth: 4 eggs 1 c. sugar 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature

Pour mixture into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Insert knife into center of cake to check for doneness.

TOPPING:

8 oz. sour cream
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. sugar

Spread on top of cheesecake and bake additional 3 to 5 minutes. You may top with fresh strawberries and canned cherry pie filling if you wish.
