NO BAKE CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (8 oz.) container thawed Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) cherry or blueberry pie filling, may use fresh strawberries (optional)

Beat cheese until smooth gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust. Set at least 4 hours. Garnish with cherry, blueberry pie filling or fresh strawberries.
