SNACK 
2 c. wheat squares
1 c. walnuts
1 c. unsalted roasted peanuts
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1 c. pretzel sticks broken in 1 1/2 inch lengths
2 tbsp. Canola oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a bowl combine cereal, pretzels, walnuts and peanuts. Stir together oil, chili, garlic and onion powders. Pour over cereal mixture. Toss to coat completely. Spread in a jelly roll pan. Bake until lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes, stirring once.

Microwave on high for about 4 or 5 minutes. Microwave for about 2 minutes, stir and then microwave for about 2 or 3 minutes or until lightly brown. let cool. No cholesterol.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
