HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent, optional
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. ripe olives, cut
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
Shredded cheese
Potato chips

Mix and put 2 quart size pyrex or casserole dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crushed potato chips. Cover. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
