CHICKEN VIETNAM 
3 chicken breasts, boned and cut in 2 pieces
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. potato chips, crumbled
1/4 stick butter, melted
Few drops of pressed garlic or garlic salt

Dip each breast in sour cream, then roll in chips. Place in flat baking dish. Heat butter and garlic. Drizzle mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender.
