PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
5 cans chunk pineapple, drained (12 oz.) 1 1/2 c. sugar 10 tbsp. flour 3 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted 1 tube Ritz crackers, smashed Mix flour and sugar. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Spread with pineapple. Sprinkle with the flour and sugar mixture. Top with cheese. Top cheese with crackers. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
