Sift together 2 cups flour, to cups sugar mix in saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil. Pour over flour and sugar:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coco-Cola

1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda in milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

Mix all together and pour into well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. Coco-Cola

1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Spread over hot cake.
