MARINATED CAULIFLOWER-BROCCOLI
SALAD
 
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

DRESSING:

1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. horseradish
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix well. Combine dressing with vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
