CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. clear chicken broth
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Paprika

Spread rice on bottom of buttered 9 1/2 inch dish; add chicken broth. Place pieces of chicken breast on top; sprinkle with onion soup mix. Spread with mushroom soup, sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
