ROSY APPLE PUNCH 
2 (12 oz. each) cans frozen apple juice concentrate
2 cans water
1 qt. cranberry juice
1 qt. sparkling water or ginger ale, chilled

Put frozen apple juice concentrate in large pan or mixing bowl. Rinse out each can with just 1 can of water. Mix with frozen concentrate. Add cranberry juice. This can be done before hand, but must be kept well chilled. When ready to mix, pour over ice in punch bowl, add sparkling water or ginger ale. Yields: about 30 punch servings.
