GRANDMA MARGE'S PUMPKIN ROLL 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. + pinch cinnamon

FILLING:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Set oven at 375 degrees. On a greased cookie sheet, also covered with waxed paper, greased. (Do not flour.) Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake. When cool enough to handle, put onto a terry towel which has been sprinkled with powdered sugar, then chopped walnuts. Roll up tight and chill well.

FILLING: Mix until smooth, unroll chilled cake, carefully spread with filling and re-roll (without the towel). Wrap in foil and chill well.
