DIP 
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
5 tbsp. beer
Garlic salt (shake in)
Rye bread or pumpernickel

Melt Velveeta cheese and cream cheese in bowl in microwave. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Cut center out of bread and fill with dip. Cut remainder of bread in cubes and use for dipping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
