SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 lb. can salmon, flaked
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and put into a greased casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
