CHERRY MASH | |
1 sm. jar Maraschino cherries 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 stick butter (melted) 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 1/2 boxes cherry frosting mix 1 box powdered sugar Chop cherries fine and pat dry, mix all ingredients with cherries. This well be a stiff mixture. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Put in freezer to harden. 1 tbsp. Crisco 1 cake paraffin wax (shaved off) 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 bag milk chocolate chips 1 jar dry roasted peanuts (16 oz.) chopped Mix all this together. Melt in double boiler, then add chopped nuts. Dip the cherry filling into the chocolate with tongs and put on waxed paper. Keep cool. |
