CHINESE NOODLE SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
3 pkg. Ramen noodles (without season pkg.)
Crumble noodles

Brown in 1/2 cup butter. Drain on paper towel.

1 large Napa or Chinese cabbage, sliced lengthwise then cut in diagonal pieces. 5 green onions with tops sliced thin. Chill green onions and cabbage separately.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Just before serving (20 minutes or less) combine onion, cabbage, noodles and dressing toss well. May add chicken or turkey pieces.
