I originally found this recipe in one of the Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Cookies magazine.. .probably around 1987. I lost the magazine and lost the recipe. I searched for it on line for a long time, and finally found it here. It is a great little cookie for cookie platters. Divinity is hard to make when you live in a very humid climate, like I do, but this sort of takes the place of it for me. This is a simple little recipe, and easy to make, but I give it five stars. I am very happy to have it again, and will be making it again soon. I find Black Walnuts at Kroger on the baking aisle.
