MEXICAN BEEF MACARONI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. macaroni
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. sliced olives
1 - 2 tbsp. green chilies, chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Lightly brown ground beef and onion; drain grease. Sprinkle salt, chili powder over meat and cook 8 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients and cook briskly uncovered 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cover; let stand 5 minutes. Serves 2 to 3.
