PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. hot water
1 c. raw peanuts
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Put sugar and water in skillet and cook until sugar is melted; put syrup, salt and peanuts in and cook on medium high until nuts start popping and syrup turns darker (approximately 10 to 15 minutes). Remove from heat. Add soda and mix good. Pour on greased baking sheet and spread out. Cool before breaking into pieces.
