LEMON JELLO SALAD 
12 oz. lemon Jello

4 c. boiling water

2 c. crushed pineapple, drained

2 c. cottage cheese, sm. curd

1/2 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. maraschino cherries

2 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add cottage cheese and let chill until very thick. Beat Jello and add pineapple, cherries, nuts and Cool Whip. Chill until firm.
