1 qt. sliced peaches
1 box butter cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Place peaches in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle coconut followed by nuts on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
