ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1 lg. whole roaster chicken
1 lg. onion
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Cooking bag, optional
Olive oil

Rinse chicken and clean cavity well. Cut slits in onion and stuff into cavity along with 3 to 4 garlic cloves, chopped. Add rosemary, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to cavity. Place remaining garlic cloves under wings and legs. Oil top of chicken and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Bake chicken in cooking bag according to bag directions. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours per 4 pounds chicken.
